Email an account and data deletion request
Or email support@asmrtherapy.app directly with the subject “ASMR Therapy account deletion” and tell us you want your account and associated data deleted. If the primary mailbox is unavailable, use baduruduru0722@gmail.com.
What happens next
A request does not immediately delete an account. We reply with a secure way to verify account ownership, then process the verified request. Do not email passwords, verification codes, identity documents or payment details. We explain what is needed to verify your request in our reply.
What is deleted
Your account and associated cloud progress, including collection, tickets, Sparkle Dust and XP, are removed. We revoke any linked Apple authorization used by the app and request deletion of the corresponding RevenueCat customer record. External services can complete deletion asynchronously. We confirm completion or explain any remaining action.
What may remain
Local progress stays on your device until you clear it or delete the app. Apple and Google Play retain their own purchase records. Records required for legal obligations, financial recordkeeping, security or fraud prevention may be retained for those purposes. Provider backups expire under their retention cycles. Account deletion does not refund purchases.
